I found this office to be wonderful!! I had a problem with my eye and they saw me the same day I called even that I was a new patient. Dr. Cowan was nice and answered any questions that I had for him. I never felt rushed out for the next person . I had questions the next day and the office called me back right away with the answers. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone

This doctor is EXCELLENT! I had a really bad case of Shingles of the eye and not only did he cure me but he also was very caring, compassionate and did not rush me through my many appointments with him. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Cowan's office is crowded and dirty, his staff is mean-spirited and unhelpful. When I was refered to him, the refering doctor warned me to watch out for the staff. I thought he was kidding, he was not. I would not recomend, and I have stopped using, Dr. Cowan due to his staff. There are plenty of equally competent Dr.s in the area without having to suffer the abuse of nasty office workers and technicians who administer the actual testing without a minimal degree of skill.

My experience in this office has been nothing other than comfortable, efficient, professional, friendly and an overall pleasure. I find the staff friendly and knowledgable, the doctor was personable, informative and I felt complete trust for his opinions. I also found the office itself satisfactory, clean and overall patient friendly. I would reccommend this practice to anyone needing and eye doctor!
