Worst doctor in the world! She should stick to eye care in which shes semi good at. She botched my juvederm injection. my lip was uneven and bruised for two weeks. went back for her to fix it and she wanted to charge me for another syringe. worst experience ever. Waited there for over 4 hours on a sunday. Please invest the extra 100 and go to a professional who is qualified.


Their eye care equipment was some of the oldest equipment I have ever seen in an opthamologists office. I was scared to let them do anything to my eyes. What a waste! I wish I hadn't bothered to spend the time and money on this appointment. One thing I know for sure is that they will never get a recommendation from me. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I came in for eye care and left needing back care because of the poor quality of chairs in the waiting room. They were the cheap plastic kind and my back started to hurt while I was waiting for my appointment.

I purchased 1cc of juvederm but when I got there she said that's not what I needed and ended up injecting me with Botox which is way cheaper and less than what I payed. I still went back because my main concerns (wrinkles) were still there so in total I ended up paying over $900 dollars and I'm not very satisfied. When you walk on her office she's very concerned if you payed already like her employees don't check first and it's very uncomfortable you feel like they only care about howuch you pay so they can treat you. I'm not going back to this place. She needs to be more caring/concerned about her patients.

TERRIBLEā€¦.beware, I purchased a $209.00 Botox voucher from Groupons for Dr Stanciu. I called her office and made an appointment. I was asked if I had been there before, i said yes, they looked me up in there computer and gave me an appointment for two weeks later on a Sunday. When I arrived at the office it was packed with women. when I signed in I was taken into a back room and told that I could not use the voucher because I this was not a first time at the office. Unbelievable,
I told them there was no mention of it when I called and made the appointment and the office knew it was not my first time here because they looked me up in the computer. also no mention of it on group on voucher, the office said its the doctors rule. I waited almost an hour and a half to speak to the doctor. She ended up doing the Botox injections but ranted to me the whole time saying " she is not going to do anymore Charity work" and if I wanted to come back I will pay full price.She was extremely unprofessional. I have had Botox about 5 times now,( one other time at her office about 9 months ago) and this was the first time it hurt so bad. Its now 4 days later and my far head is all bruised. and my number eleven is still there, 40 units later.

The first thing every single person in that office asked me about was my insurance. The doctor included--she began by asking if my eyes were healthy and warning me that I'd need to give them my health insurance if they weren't. I am fully insured and posed them no threat of nonpayment, but I was treated as a wallet instead of a person. My questions were not answered and I was prescribed a medication and a procedure that were expensive and unnecessary. I would not go back.

The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. She is a fraud. Go somewhere else ....
