Any wait is always worth the time. Dr. Kaufmann is excellent at what she does and I feel comfortable knowing my eyes were treated and diagnosed properly. She is always very busy so don't expect much chit-chat. But I didn't go there for conversation. I hope she never retires.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
