Office staff was friendly. The office is very busy, and the front office staff sometimes seems overwhelmed but they were very gracious. There is a lot of testing that has to be done before you see the doctor but the staff explains everything. The doctor was very thorough, explained everything, answered all my questions and was very pleasant. What I really liked was the unlike my visits to other doctors, where the doctor is so busy entering things into the computer and can't even look at me, this doctor has an assistant who entered everything into the computer for her so she was free to give all her attention to me.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Green took her time with me and explained my problem. She was compassionate and kind. She correctly diagnose my problem and prescribed medication and asked t\me to call her if I was worse, even if it was the evening. I would recommend her and this office.

If you want to be treated like an inconvenience, then this is the place for you. Office staff do not greet anyone; you sign in. When your name is called you are not welcomed or greeted; you are either called into the back or you are told to fill out paperwork. The office staff chat with one another while you stand there waiting to be noticed. One of them was eating a carton of chocolate ice cream while on the phone! If I were in charge, I would have fired the whole bunch of them. Very inconsiderate front office staff and a poor reflection on the practice as a whole. I can't comment on Dr. Green as I never saw her during my appointment, but it would have been nice for her to poke her head in and say hello to a new patient. I guess that's not a huge priority. I'll take my business elsewhere and would encourage anyone with an ounce of self-esteem to do the same.
