I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. Their staff wasn't welcoming. It seemed like they were annoyed to have to be helping anyone. They were qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The biggest problem is Dr. Weinberg's bedside manner. He's rude, obnoxious, and condescending. You get the feeling you're bothering him, because he lacks "patience."

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.
