Dr. Mittermiller was great - absolutely no issues on his end. However, the scheduler, Edith, made several typos at different points in our communications about deadlines, and then cancelled my appointment despite the confusing errors. I was also struggling with obtaining insurance coverage for the consult beforehand and was only told about the cash payment option after asking 3 times if there was any way to keep the appointment. It was like she was eager to cancel the appointment. Luckily, my appointment slot wasn't taken after the cancellation so I was able to get it reinstated after paying the consult fee, but all of the blame was put on me for the cancellation when I was told contradictory information about the deadlines numerous times. On another note, it would have been very helpful to know that Dr. Mittermiller does not do the specific procedure I am interested in prior to the appointment. This should be part of the intake/scheduling process so that patients are properly matched.

Had an appointment regarding my urethra with Dr Safir appointment went good he always 100 percent straight forward which is a good thing. I have been having problems with urination lately due to my last surgeon he is taking things serious and wants to fix it asap my urethra is a priority to him before moving forward to finish my surgeries . He is always kind and has no problem answering questions I am very comfortable with him and I am glad I chose him I regret not choosing him as my surgeon to begin with due to bad bed side manner and bad experiences with my old surgeon. There is no comparison he is the best!
