Dr. Williams is very thorough. I have been going him for a while. On my first visit he did blood work and found other things that needed attention from other specialist along with the issues that I was seeing him about. Over the years he has been very reliable. He tells you what options that are available for your treatment but leaves the decision up to you. He has gotten very busy with a large patient load and he does spend what time is needed for you so you might have to wait some of the time but well worth the wait.

On Monday October 17, 2016 Dr. Clay Williams performed prostate surgery on my husband, Bobby J. Heathcote. My husband is 71 years old and in good physical shape and health.  Dr. Williams used the Rezum method of outpatient surgery, performed right there in the office. My husband was in by 8:00 AM and we were back home at 10:00 that same morning. The next day, we had two loads of crushed concrete delivered and my husband was on the tractor spreading it out. today we were pounding T-posts, building fence.  Rezum is correctly named, as my husband resumed his life with no down time. Dr. Williams was very helpful in providing brochures outlining different methods of surgery and letting my husband choose which procedure suited him. Dr. Williams was caring and concerned with my husbands health and comfort. We couldn't be any happier.

This physician provided excellent service. Answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. He showed a very caring attitude and was so polite and professional. He was friendly and supportive to me and my problems. I will recommend him to my friends; everyone should be so lucky to have this guy treating him.

They make absolutely no effort to return any of my phone calls. I've never received a call back from them. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They were very polite and courteous to all of their patients.
