Not pleased with Dr. Rayford's efforts in communicating with patient. Sits with his back to me while talking and entering information into his computer at the same time. I have to move to where I can stand beside him in order to hear what he is saying. After a hospital out-patient procedure he DID NOT return to the recovery area to speak with me or my son, who had taken me for the procedure, just left the hospital. A nurse gave me instructions to follow. Still having continuing urinary tract infections even after the procedure, no explanation as to why.

I visited his office, and the nurse was really concern about her text messages on her personal cellphone, while she was taking my vitals during the previous examen before see the doctor.
Personal cellphones should be not be allowed to be used by the nurses while they are helping a patient
