Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I'm going to recommend them to everyone I know. They were very understanding and respectful. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
