The staff was good, Dr. Pickrell was not. I had been a patient of his brothers and doing extremely well on my meds. When I had to find another doctor I wrongly assumed that Paul Pickrell would be good. He took me off all my meds causing me to have a major flair up.. and then diagnosed me with what I already knew I had. Had he looked over the paperwork, he would of seen that three other doctors before him had diagnosed me with RA. He was rude and condesending. I have never been to a doctor like this in my life. I am now with Dr. Tina Bunch and very happy. Go anywhere but to this guy.

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They were able to address all of my questions and concerns in detail, and made sure they communicated with me clearly. I always enjoy my appointments here. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

The experience of going to Dr Pickrell is good in every way. He can listen and think, not qualities you always see and is interested in exploring every option to help his patients feel better.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
