The staff welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door, and were happy to help me with whatever I needed. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. It was so nice of them to take the time to listen to my input and concerns. All of my treatment decisions were make collaboratively instead of them just telling me what to do.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I've never had any other doctor give me better advice, and it was completely unbiased.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Dr. Hurley takes his time and listens to patients concerns.
