I have been seeing her for two years now. She is the one that diagnosed my RA and Fibromyalgia. She is very straight forward and does not sugar coat anything. She gives me the best treatment that I can afford, with no insurance. She can be a little off putting, meaning sometimes I feel like she is not listening. But I feel that is getting better, maybe we just had to learn each other. Good doctor, if you want the truth. If you need coddling, go elsewhere. I plan to continue my treatments with her as long as possible.

Never, they are very reliable.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Dr. Warner accused called me a "drug addict" immediately, before I barely had a chance to begin speaking to her--and this is in spite of the fact that I was LEGITIMATELY prescribed pain medication by my PCP who referred me to her. I was only following my treatment plan. As one reviewer said, she was also abrupt and abusive and she embarrassed me in front of my wife who accompanied me to the appointment. She was completely dismissive of my problems. I have had over 10 fractures in my life (I have congenital osteoporosis), yet she said that there was no evidence I had ever fractured any bone ever. I couldn't believe it. It was clear that she had already dismissed my concerns and/or is incompetent in making a correct diagnosis and formulating an adequate treatment plan. One of my worst experiences with a doctor ever. Period.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
Ann Warner was a very attentive doctor she listened carefully to all my questions and addressed all my concerns. They didn't make me wait long in the waiting room at all. They called me back to see the doctor a couple minutes after I sat down. I love it that she welcomes questions.
