Somewhat, they eventually called me back

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. It's somewhat hard to get a hold of them when I need to. I'm not entirely sure I could count on them in an emergency. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
