This man was incredibly rude and lectured at me for an hour. I am a college-prepared RN and speak the language of healthcare. I have also been in the healthcare system for 20+ years. I have encountered my share of doctors, nurses, etc. who I did not "click" with. One such individual was a psychiatrist I saw for almost a decade. I can handle not being best friends with a provider. Dr. Tierney was a huge disappointment beyond what I have learned to accept. Supposedly he is a great doc. Maybe he does not like dealing with fibromyalgia patients? I am seeing someone else in the future. I don't need my providers to treat me with suspicion and blinding arrogance.
