They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They were the most respectful, courteous doctor I've ever been to. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. It was incredibly easy to get an appointment with them. I didn't have to wait at all. They always return my phone calls within the same day, it's fantastic. I've never had to wait more than 24 hours. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
