No, I don't think they've ever cleaned it

I noticed right away how dirty their office was. It definitely could have used a thorough cleaning. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is unorganized and not always that pleasant. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality.
Dr .Bacon is rude and uncaring. She has zero bedside manner . She is inattentive and treats you like you are beneath her, and that you are intruding on her time. She pushes you right out the door ! She does not care if you follow up either. After getting a second opinion about her treatment , I found out that her treatment was more for older patients and not recommended for my age group. She is not up to date on treatment options. I will never go back .

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
