Upon arrival the waiting area was packed. It seemed the appointments were possibly overbooked. Having waited there for over an hour without being seen, I concluded maybe I should look for another physician who can actually see his or her patients within at least an hour of your scheduled appointment. Why not do away with the appointments if the office functions as a walk in facility?
