They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with, willing to help where they can. They are so warm and professional they make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. He will help in every way he can. He spends the time with you personally and puts forth the extra effort. The office was very easy to locate, it is at the Lovington Hospital. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I continue to use his services. I had an amazing experience, and they are by far the best I've seen. Short appointment time wait. Light years above who I use to have.

They answered some of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
I was on time for my appt but they were very behind and I had another appt to go to. All I got was a pat on the leg and a you have this, a script and usheredout the door. Its been 8 years and I havent been back since. Whether they have changed or not I wouldnt know.

Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me
