Absolutely not. I even asked for advice, but was ignored!

I've never had a problem getting the appointment time I want on the day I want with them. They are so flexible and understanding with their appointment times, and I've always really appreciated it. I couldn't believe how clean and organized their office was. It was one of the cleanest offices I've ever seen. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Whenever I have a question, they are almost always able to answer it over the phone. It's so nice not having to drive all the way down there for an appointment and instead get my questions answered right away.

PERSONAL: Dr webb listened to me when I told him I didnt feel the previous Rheumatologists diagnosis was correct. I have been seeing various RA Physicians for nine years and he is the first one that got to the bottom of what was going on. He believed me, listened to what I said, and did not treat me like I was just being a baby about my pain like so many other doctors have in the past. I would reccommend him to everyone that needs a rhuematologist that is on your side.
