Making an appointment was quick and easy. The front desk person was efficient and professional. The nurse who saw me first was pleasant and listened to my explanation of the condition that brought me in to the office. Dr. Palmer appeared to be familiar with the medical condition that I had, explained everything to me, answered all my questions and had very good suggestions as to how to treat my condition. He took quite a bit of time to run physical and electrical tests to verify the diagnosis. He seemed very knowledgeable. He was also very pleasant. I would not hesitate to go back to him or recommend him.
