The Front office staff is not friendly. They do not return your calls and you have to follow up. I have had my appointment rescheduled twice for no fault of mine. Not impressed with the overall service. I will look for another provider.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Hight or his staff. My daughter has been a patient of his for a few years to correct her under-developed achilles tendons in both feet which caused her to have extremely flat feet and pain. Surgery was required and he did a phenomenal job.

As parents, we were considerably nervous and worried about subjecting our 10 year old to this, but she has done so well since then and we have Dr. Hight and his talented surgical skills to thank. We trusted him for her first surgery and so did she. She knew she was in excellent and caring hands. We were concerned that after the first experience she would be hesitant to have the other foot corrected as well....this was not the case. Her only request was that no one else *but* Dr. Hight be the one to do the surgery.

The office knows us by name. Karen, his assistant, interacts with children very well and we adore her. Betty has handled many of the questions that we have and is excellent with follow-up. We are very happy to have been referred to Dr. Hight's office and I highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking a podiatry doctor....especially anyone with children.
