They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

when i came into the office of Dr. Brian Keller, i was a new patient coming in for a bump i had on my left toe. He took some x-rays and suggested surgery to help remove the bump and a piece of my bone. He was nice and profession when examining my feet. He was very helpful and when the surgery was performed he made sure i was in good hands and if i had any questions he would answer them. The staff as well was very helpful and polite when answering the phones and helping me get in right away to see the doctor. i would highly recommend Dr Brian Keller to every one who has a foot or ankle problem.

Dr.Keller was recommended to me, little did I know what a great doctor I had found. I had a procedure on my bunion and hammer toe, it went very well. Dr.Keller with sense of humor made it very easy, I felt very comfortable and he made sure that I was fine during my whole procedure. After leaving I was pleasantly surprised at how little discomfort I felt afterwards. Once a week I had my bandages changed which reassured me that it was healing properly, also his staff was very nice and helped fit me in to their schedule with no problems, this office really is the best. Don't look anywhere else you have found the right podiatrist in Dr. Keller!!

I saw Dr. Keller for a year and a half and was misdiagnosed with a plantar neuroma and was given shots of cortizone which masked the true problem- a broken toe. During my 1st visit I asked him if he thought it was broken, he said no, and even after the X-ray that I begged him to give me (I was pregnant at the time)...he said it wasn't broke....1.5 years later, one MRI, and another set of X-rays done OUTSIDE of his office (he thought it would be better for me to have to wait and schedule them at RAS) I do have a broken toe that requires surgery. Once I asked him to compare old X-Rays to new ones, he says that it was probably broken all along. Not only did he drag his feet on filling out my paperwork to get a surgery date, he yelled at me during my visit when I asked a legitimate question about how many days off work my husband needed to take for my surgery as I have a baby at home to take care of. He had the audacity to stop what he was doing and snap at me and tell me that "we had to work that out on our own" and that he was busy "filling out paperwork". He also snaps at his office staff and is extremely rude to them while patients are in the office. His office is very small and all conflicts can be heard . There is a lot of tension between him and his employees. He also has a very poorly written website with spelling and grammatical errors. Even if he didn't write it himself he didn't take the time to proof read or make sure that it was correct, made me lose confidence in him as a Dr. and a surgeon. His office hours are also very inconvenient (only in office 3 days a week) and although his staff answers the phones the other days he often leaves early and comes in late so getting an appt. can be difficult. I would not recommend him at all.

Jerk! Had a few broken bones in my foot so, surgery was necessary. He did at least 10 X-rays he never noticed that I also had a stress fracture also! After surgery and 2 months later my pain is still on going! I'm making appointments telling him I'm still in pain. He doesn't believe me and has the nerve to tell me I only want pain pills! I just want him to fix the mess he created. He has a very short temper and has no answers to any questions. Stay away from this guy!! You'll leave with your problem worse than before you saw him!! Also, he yells at his super nice staff in front of his patients all the time and it won't be long before he yells at you.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They did not explain charges for medical equipment and then billed me out of the blue for something that i did receive but did not use. They never explained to me or told me of the charges.
