He's just very good at what he does. I've been to him twice and each time was very pleasant at resolving my heel-health. :)

I was referred to Steve Jensen through my primary care doctor. My first appointment with him was in November of 2020 and between then and now, my experience has been abysmal. From his arrogant attitude and complete lack of empathy, to today's last straw - him YELLING at my daughter when she asked that he and his staff wear masks while I am being treated. I don't care if you don't WANT to wear a mask - no one WANTS to wear a mask! My daughter simply requested that he and his staff (not a single person at the office was wearing a face covering) comply with state mandates to wear a face covering. 

Aside from my personal issues with his attitude and treatment of me as a patient as well as my daughter, he is completely unprofessional and honestly I question if he has any knowledge of what he is doing at all. I had a slightly ingrown toenail and he gouged out more than half of my nail on either side and it's now completely deformed for life. 

He said I needed special orthotics put in my shoes so I paid $500 to have them made. When they arrived they were WAY too large to fit into any of my shoes so I asked that he cut them to fit my foot. His response was that it was my responsibility... I took them home and trimmed them and at our next appointment he said "Well now you've cut them wrong and you have to order new ones." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Now he is trying to blame me for the constant blisters on my heel and refuses to acknowledge that they could have ANYTHING to do with the improperly sized orthotics. He tried to get me to say that I burned my heel myself!

Bottom line is that this guy is an arrogant, unprofessional and seemingly uneducated quack. RUN, don't walk, from this guy. If you don't you might never walk again...

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
