The office staff was excellent. Unfortunately, the time I sat waiting for my appointment to begin was unacceptable. I waited for 1 1/2 hours the 1st time, so I would be the 1st patient of the day for my 2nd appt. When I arrived, I found out she had not even arrived to work yet. I waited for an additional 1/2 an hour, and left. This is very unprofessional behavior for anyone.
