I feel like my appointment was pointless. The appointment was not even in their system. Could not even see the doctor. The desk clerk was rude & arrogant & acted as if it was our fault that the appointment was not in the system. Left our phone # for the doctor to call us so we could talk to him about this problem --- this had happened once before. Never heard from the doctor. Sent an e-mail to the doctor and never got a reply. This appointment was for Kamla Ram & her caretaker had taken her to the doctor's office. I am writing this on her behalf.

This doctor saved my husband's leg about 12 years ago. We have visited him ever since then and don't know what we would have done without his advice. He is not covered under our health plan but he is worth every penny we pay him. His office furniture is not fancy but personally I don't car.
