I went to to see Dr Alberty for a painful in grown nail. I was in so much pain after that. He doesn't care if your in pain. Now I am seeing my doctor. He can't believe what he did to my nails. I would never tell anyone to go see him.

I saw and had surgery by Dr. Alberty. He delayed proper care, did not explain things and was unsympathetic to my pain. I wanted prescription Motrin and he acted like I was a drug addict! He botched my surgery, which had to be redone by someone else. I know two other people he misdiagnosed and delayed proper care and someone whose surgery he also botched. Terrible doctor, terrible bedside manner.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They really have a state-of-the-art facility that just blows their competitors out of the water. I was really impressed by their advanced and sophisticated equipment. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
