The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this podiatrist's office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
