I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

I made an appointment to see Dr Cohen.
I was called 3 times to obtain insurance information. I asked time off from work to see Dr Ira Cohen. My employer was very understanding
since I also have patients to see and they had to be rescheduled.
Once I arrived my appointment was not scheduled with Dr Cohen
it was with a temp podiatrist! The office did not have the courtesy
to let me know. When I complained they seemed irritated and uneducated.

Dr Cohen needs to train his staff with us patients in mind.
His office is extremely dated. It shows there is no consideration for patient
welfare. Dont waste your time, go to another office.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
