The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They do not listen to what your saying, they just want to put you and take you out right away. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. The nurses are very vulgar and disrespectful. they always talk about their personal problems. They do not have a nurse station, or a place for them to sit which is odd for a clinic. Dr. Haplering is rude to staff, but nice when in front of a patient.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

Mr. Halperin and his staff are without a doubt the most caring health professionals in Los Angeles. He is the most genuine human being and medical doctor I have ever encountered.
After a long series of wrong diagnosis by other private doctors and hospitals; he was the one that realized what my mother real condition was; and most likely saved her life!!
He will definitely answer all your questions and go beyond the call of duty. He is simply wonderful.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
