The doctor was very friendly and knowledgable. He took a lot of time listening to me and examining my injury. I felt immediate comfort when he described what was going on. I wish there were more doctors like him. The staff was very helpful too. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I am doing great!

This providers office staff is very disorganized. I have repeatedly been called by them for an annual exam that already happened. In-shoe orthotics were ordered over 5 months ago and I still haven't received them. I have repeatedly called for a status and I have not got an answer why my orthotics haven't come in. I have also asked several times to talk directly with the doctor and the doctor never called back. The doctor has a nice personality and seems very knowledgeable, but his staff is terrible. Overall, I do not recommend this physician.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
