They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

My one and only appt. with Dr. Kubel,was awful! The front desk staff, did not know very much about health ins. Maybe they are new..I was apprehensive at this point..As I took a seat, I realized, that the chairs, were literally coated!!!!,with dog hair..[].My gut said, run out now]. should have listened!Just as I was going in to see the Dr,I was asked if I had the cash to cover the visit..really?This is when I Decided just to leave , and never go back![ This could have handled one the phone, when I first called, to make the appt.!How very rude and what a waste of my time.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Their friendly demeanor and positive attitude really made my experience exceptional. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
