The waiting room was comfortable and the wait time was minimal. Saff are friendly and knowledgeable as well as helpful and patient. They were totally upfront about the costs. I knew what to expect and when so I could plan for it. Being able to use a surgery center rather than a hospital was less stressful for me and made the surgery he performed go very smoothly. I know that I'm getting very good care.

I quit going to this provider after the receptionist was extremly rude to me and when I asked for the office manager to call me back she never did! I missed an appointment because of a family emergency and when I called to reschedule the receptionsist was rude and kept repeating the fact that I "no called no showed" I said yes that is why I am calling first thing in the morning and apologized over and over how ever that was not good enough for her, and when I have had to wait an hour in the waiting room I did not recieve an explanation or apology! I probably would have went back if the office manager would have returned my call!
