1 star only because 0 was not an option. Very poor front desk or phone support. Could not see the Doctor because of ineptness of front staff and language barriers. Despite the description of the chronic history and existing injury, I was informed the soonest possible appointment was more than 3 weeks out. To add insult to this injury, the office called me three days prior to said appointment and stated the Doctor could not see me until the following week after my scheduled appointment and had to cancel the scheduled appointment. I thought it was important the Doctor was made aware of this frustration and requested for him to call me at his convenience. No return call received. Is this an office you would like to start a professional relationship with?
