Dr. Conrad was very helpful and patient in working with my teenage son's foot infection. He not only cleared up the infection, but educated us both on proper footcare.

Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

No, they could have used some continuing education

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me

This is the best foot doctor I have been to. I went to 2 others in Rapid City and never felt like they helped me at all. I asked my primary doctor if he could recommend some one and he told me to go to Dr. Conrad, he was the best. His front office lady (Pam) was the nicest person in any office I have been to. Dr. Conrad was very personable answered all of my questions and in the first visit addressed my foot pain. I am pain free and will go back to him any time I have foot issues. This was a great doctors office experience.

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
