I came here on the recommendation of my son's hockey coach. Dr. Corrigan arrived at 9:15am...arrived IN THE BUILDING. He had several appointments (including mine) WAITING for him to arrive. He seemed somewhat personable and knowledgeable, I guess. It is hard to tell because we were so rushed through our appointment. Orthotics were ordered and I was told they'd be in Friday - bring his skates and we'd get my son fixed up.
I've called the office Friday and during office hours on Saturday. I have left messages. No one has answered the phone nor have they returned my messages. I have emailed the office. No response. I emphasized that my son had his final game Saturday afternoon so we could try out the orthotics. I was told, "no problem", they'd call to set up a time for him to come in before that.
No phone call.
MAYBE this guy knows what he is doing, but his office staff is poor and professionalism is severely lacking. I will be filling a complaint on Monday. No communication with a patient is unacceptable. I feel like they took my money and ran. I am very disappointed for my son.

I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Absolutely, the customer is always right here
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
Does this provider treat every client equally?
Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No, but they said they were going to!

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Yes, he/she looked very professional

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

while the offices are beautiful and the staff very friendly, I was very disappointed by the treatment I received. I went to at least 5 appointments, was given injections, and orthatics (sp), which did nothing to help and were very expensive. I went to another doctor and was given 1 cortisone injection which took care of my foot problem immediately and its been 3 weeks and my foot feels great. Dr. Corrigan did not even try a cortisone injection-which I have since found out is the standard procedure for my condition. Instead. he gave me a much more costly injection which did not do much. I am sorry that I did not go to the doctor I am going to now because I would have been spared at least 3 months of pain and a lot of expense.
