Bad office practice initiated by doctors per phone staff, require $200 up front before see dr if deductible not met even though office visit is just $35 copay on very good insurance plan. Dr does not know what treatment plan will be, could be nothing but requires $200 in advance. Could not speak to anyone else all phone reps said same thing. Will not be going to this group. Only gave a star because could not submit review without one.

I was impressed that this provider took notice of areas outside of their specialty that might help me.

The Dr is great saw her for nearly 20 years. Then after i became disabled and on medicare my bill went up i got a qmb card that stopped the bill from going up i paid what i could afford. then because i had the flu and missed an appointment got kicked off the office list. I called over 5 times and even after 20 years The doctor would not return my calls and the office staff wouldn't return my calls either. So I would have to say shes fine if you got money or good insurance but stay away if you're poor on medicare/Tncare or on a fixed income cause it seems like its about money with her. Who knows whats going to happen there with Obamacare

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Never, they are very reliable.

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
