The staff answered questions and was more friendly than any Doctor's office that I have ever been in. They did have a lot of people waiting, but that only shows how good they are, if we were willing to wait. The bed side (or examining table) manners of this staff is exceptional. So "naysayers" just leave my doctor alone.

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

I had a visit for an ingrown toenail and was very pleased with my visit. The staff was very pleasant and the doctor was very gentle and informative. I would definitely recommend him if needed to my family and friends.
