I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
