They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

The entire staff is really friendly and made me feel VERY comfortable. The nurse was funny and delightful and knew her stuff! When I got to see Dr. Talbert he was very nice and immediately put me at ease. He knew exactly was wrong with my foot and gave me multiple options to fix it and let ME decide which one I wanted to pursue. Loved him and loved the office staff! Will definitely return here for service! I wish my G.P. was this great!

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.
