Marc Fink DPM performed foot surgery, (Bunionectomy), on my right foot. All went well, great service and care, until my final visit following surgery.
I returned to his office to have staples removed... only to have them removed without any form of antiseptic pain measures.
Im sure DR Fink was aware of the pain I was experiencing, as I heard myself scream in agony, during the removal of staples underneath each 5 toes... so loud, my scream echoed through his office space to no avail. Since I was the last patient for that day, no questions were asked. No one came to my rescue in concern as to where or why the loud cry for help occurred.
Even though this occurred approx. 2008, I am still traumatized for the actions, and still as of yet, had NO procedure performed on my left foot
because of this unbelieve able and serious negligence.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
