It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
