They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
