Beware! Labs were drawn and sent without my knowledge or consent. We are self-pay, and the office protocol - according to the office manager - is to discuss with patient first. This was not done, and now I am receiving bills for $400. I have emails from the office manager admitting fault and stating that we shouldn't have to pay, but LabCorp's policy is that the office needs to call them. It has been over 5 months, and Brandywine Family Foot Care refuses to call LabCorp and will not return calls despite many messages and requests left. The bill has now been sent to collections and nothing can be done without their cooperation. Doctor was fine, but it is definitely not worth the hassle to visit this practice.
