Their staff was friendly enough. The office is centrally located and easy to find. The provider had a poor "bedside manner". He was rude and condescending to a 93 year old patient. He basically told the patient that if she didn't like the way he clipped her toenails, she could find another doctor to do this. This was after she asked if he could cut them a little closer. I suppose he thought he could be rude since there are few podiatrists in the area.
It seemed that his instruments had not been autoclaved since the handles were wrapped in tape, and we're wiped with iodine to clean them before use.
