They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming staff. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit for my elderly Mother. They were helpful and we left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. We will absolutely return. My Mother is a loyal patient of Dr. Novek's. They answered our questions and spent a lot of time with us. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush the appointment at all.
