Dr Katz was very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They really have a state-of-the-art facility that just blows their competitors out of the water. I was really impressed by their advanced and sophisticated equipment. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. There are no magazines in the waiting room.
They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable.
