They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I thought it was very kind and professional of them to offer consultations for free. I've hated it when other places have charged me a fortune just for the consultation, but they didn't do that here. They gave me a cost estimate for my procedure right away, and it was extremely accurate. I didn't end up paying a cent more than they said I would. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
