Dr. Leech did my breast augmentation about a year ago and I have nothing but great things to say about him and his facilities. I have many family members that are in the medical field in Chattanooga and, of course, went through them to find the best plastic surgeon I could. Mark Leech is among the most trusted and respected in his field (according to my family members and their colleagues). It is important to keep in mind that no surgery has a guaranteed positive outcome no matter who the surgeon is and your own health will play a big role in your recovery. My opinion is that Dr. Leech is a great plastic surgeon - but it's always a good idea to ask around and not base a decision off of internet commentary. Talk to a physician or someone who is respected in the medical field and see who they recommend.

We decided to go with Leech and had VERY bad results. Wife ended up in hospital after the surgery with blood clots and many other complications. I would recommend another doctor.
