I had IPL to remove brown spots, from sun damage, on my face and hands. The procedure was a breeze, not painful and Jeannie was professional and awesome.

Dr.Sullivan and her staff are extremely caring and friendly. I have always had a pleasant experience . She is very understanding and listens to her patients. My surgery and recovery went great and I felt at ease every step of the way. Great facility as well!

I had a lumpectomy in June of 2013 with radiation after. My subsequent mammogram showed that my breast implants that I had since 1979 had ruptured. I contacted Dr.Sullivan and she recommended removal with reconstruction. Surgery was in March of 2015. I can't say what a wonderful practice this is from the time I was greeted until I left. Dr.Sullivan was so caring and made me feel good about the decision to reconstruct. She was available to answer questions any time as was her wonderful nurse Jennie. The surgery center has great knowlegeable nurses and staff who called after surgery to check on me. I would recommend this practice to anyone. This has been a very positive experience.

In mid-2013, I was diagnosed with Gynecomastia due to a low testosterone condition. They corrected the condition, but the Gynecomastia was there to stay...or so I feared. I started shopping around for plastic surgeons in New York, where there are obviously a plethora of choices, but this was an incredibly personal matter and as such, I made a point of looking for a surgeon that I felt I could trust. After I exhausted a number of choices in NYC, I transitioned my search to Annapolis, MD where I had grown up. I spoke with a few surgeons down here as well - Dr. Kelly Sullivan's office was my last stop. From the moment I stepped in the door, the experience was different. Better different. The very "come as you are, never any judgements" attitude really made a big difference, and after speaking to Dr. Sullivan and the staff that day, it was one of the most intuitive choices I've ever had to make to have Dr. Sullivan do my surgery. Surgery came around, and the results were not what I was expecting (but wait, there's more!). When we discussed the initial surgery, we made an executive decision to go with a less-invasive, but subsequently less-effective approach of doing the surgery. Because of this decision, it was clear after a few months of healing that we really should have gone with the more aggressive approach to get the results that I was expecting. Without missing a beat, Dr. Sullivan's team scheduled me in for a revisional surgery at no additional charge - way above and beyond what I was expecting. A few months later, I had gone in again and got the very aggressive results I was looking for! As the swelling of this second surgery went down and the healing continued, some interesting complications arose from the fact that the skin had not retracted the way that was intended - things were healing in the wrong place, causing "folds" in the skin on one side of my chest that looked...weird...and really bothered me. Yet again, Dr. Sullivan's team to the rescue. After waiting about a year to see if the condition would correct itself, we did yet another revisional surgery to correct the fold. The surgery was successful, and while the recovery was a bit rocky, everything healed perfectly and I got the body I wanted from the very beginning. I'd like to highlight that it was Dr. Sullivan's persistence and understanding that allowed for me to get the perfect result that I was looking for. I was driven to get there, but the difference was...so was she. She had a vested interest in making sure that I was completely satisfied...and it showed. From the entire staff. Now a year and a half after that last surgery, I came in today for my final follow up with Dr. Sullivan - 100% satisfied with how I look, how I feel, the way I wear clothes, the confidence I have at the beach, etc. It wasn't quick, and it wasn't easy...but having my surgery here made a world of difference for my life in ways I can't begin to describe. I hope others get to experience the same care and consideration that I benefited from over the past few years through Dr. Sullivan and her staff.

Dr.Sullivan did a mommy makeover on me after having four children. She was so kind and understanding with me and my many concerns, especially about having anesthesia. I felt like a bad mom for wanting to fix what all my pregnancies had done to my body. She really supported me, her staff supported me and my results are amazing. I am so happy!

My experience with Dr. Sullivan and staff were incredible from the first appointment. Everyone was kind, caring and compassionate. I knew I was in the right place to have implant revision. The surgery went fine, no problems. So happy to have my surgery performed by a female doctor, who I feel is much more in tune to a woman's body and the emotional piece of what the patient is going through. I would recommend Dr. Sullivan to anyone who needs Plastic Surgery. She is warm, intelligent and committed to each patient. Feeling very blessed to be a patient of Dr. Sullivan.

After having 2 children and breast feeding them both I wanted a doctor that I could trust to bring my breasts back to where they belonged. After meeting Dr.Sullivan and her sincere staff I wouldn't go anywhere else. She helped to bring the confidence I once had about my body back to me. I don't know what that other "patient" is talking about, they treated me wonderfully. I told all my family & friends about her and would recommend her to everyone.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

That first phone call was so nerve racking, but Erica made me relax & answered all my questions and I have never been so happy! I've been waiting 6 years to have my pre-baby body back and Dr. Sullivan helped me get there! My breasts are back "up " where they should be & my tummy is finally smooth again! I was totally freaked out about moving forward with my surgery but wanted it done so bad. She was so patient with me, especially when I came back to see her two times before making my finally decison. The girls in the office made everything so relaxing even when I asked a million questions! LOL. Thanks Ladies for making me feel like ME again!
