Kenji Carp is very knowledable about vestibular and balance disorders. He is up to date on the latest information and therapy. He is friendly and personable. But he is also a talker and dominates the sessions with nonstop information. It is sometimes difficult to ask questions and very difficult to get a solid answer. I found this to be confusing when doing exercises at home. He gives me handouts of the exercises but has me doing different ones during the sessions. Those exercises are never on the handouts or well explained.

Cooperative Performance is also extremely expensive which makes every minute of the therapy appointments count. I've had appointments with Robert at the clinic in which I just did routine exercises, while he spent time with other patients; toggling between 2 of us. They charge $250 for these 45 appointments. Other PT's in town charge $120 for 30 minutes of the same treatments.

I also had issues with insurance billing and had a very hard time getting in touch with their office manager/billing department.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

If I were in need of Kenji's services again I would definitely go back. I never had an appointment at his new location though. All my appointments were at the old location. Very glad he was available for the BPV I experience. I was having a tough time of it.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.
